Should you be unable to answer your security questions, you will need to visit the IT Service Desk, Building 63, with proof of identity so your account can be reset. Personal device synchronisation
Before changing your password, please make sure you are not connected to any Cranfield IT service via a personal device such as a laptop, iPhone or Blackberry. Once you have changed your password, you may need to re-set the password stored in your personal device. Not doing so will result in you being locked out of your account.

Your account is currently locked by Password Manager.

Password Manager will lock your account if more than 6 password change or reset attempts are made within a 30 minute period. You will need to wait for this period to elapse before a further attempt can be made.
