The above email address should be for an external mailbox, and not the email address associated with the Cranfield username you are attempting to reset.

Password Change

Account locked

Your account is currently locked by Password Manager.

Password Manager will lock your account if more than 6 password change or reset attempts are made within a 30 minute period. You will need to wait for this period to elapse before a further attempt can be made.
