To re-set your password, complete the information below together with the reset code. This would have been issued to you via email or by the IT Service Desk.

Personal device synchronisation
If you use a personal device to connect to the University's IT services, having changed your password, you will need to ensure you re-set the password stored in your device. Not doing so will result in you being locked out of your account.

Your account is currently locked by Password Manager.
Password Manager will lock your account if more than 6 password change or reset attempts are made within a 30 minute period. You will need to wait for this period to elapse before a further attempt can be made.
