You can change your Cranfield password here. Should you have forgotten your password, you can re-set it by choosing one of the alternative methods from the adjacent menu.
If you have locked yourself out, you may unlock without changing your password by following either the reset password by security questions or reset code procedures adjacent, and then selecting the unlock option.
Changing your password here, will not unlock EVE (SITS E-Vision student portal).
Passwords must be at least eight characters in length, and contain three of the following four categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers [0-9], and special symbols [*,$,@,etc].
Please note: you must close all other windows prior to changing your password.

You must now logout to prevent your account being locked.
Personal device synchronisation
If you use a personal device to connect to the University's IT services, having changed your password, you will need to ensure you re-set the password stored in your device. Not doing so will result in you being locked out of your account.

Your account is currently locked by Password Manager.
Password Manager will lock your account if more than 6 password change or reset attempts are made within a 30 minute period. You will need to wait for this period to elapse before a further attempt can be made.
